5. Warranty

• 10-year insurance-backed warranty on major works

• Transferable to new property owners

• Warranty excludes misuse or weather damage

6. Liability

• Covered by £2M public liability insurance

• Not liable for indirect damages

• Pre-existing issues must be disclosed
